Returns Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you would would like to return any products that you are unhappy with, return it to us within 30 days*. It must be in the exact condition that you received it in. If you'd like to exchange size or refund, that's cool too. We will post your exchange free of charge. Please check our refund conditions below to ensure you meet them! 

Refund Conditions:

• If it doesn't match the product description on our website
• If the product is faulty or damaged
• If the product doesn't fit if you have changed your mind

If any of the above applies to you, email us at support@fkstore.com.au within 30 days of receiving your purchase and we can get this sorted for you! Please include:

• Your name
• Your return address
• Your order number
• If you would like an exchange or refund
• The reason for returning

We will then send you instructions to send back to FK Store. 

Please note:

• It is your responsibility to check washing instructions on the tag to ensure you care for your clothing correctly before returning to us. We unfortunately do not accept washed/worn/damaged items. The product must be in the exact condition when receiving. If the condition of the product does not meet our expectations, we will be returning to you at your expense.
• We do not accept products if the item was on sale when purchasing.
• If you do not action your return within 30 days, we will not accept it.
• We will happily refund postage costs if the product is faulty or incorrect. We will not refund postage costs for change of mind.
• Refunds will only be made once we receive the product in our warehouse.
